How Do I Create An Account?

Click on the "My Account" link located in the information bar just below our search bar and simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER to any other company and kept private. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

How Do I Edit My Account Information?

Click on the "My Account" link on the upper right side of our web page or header section to update information as needed.

 I Forgot My Password

At the sign in area you will see a link that states "Forgot Your Password?" fill the area in with the email you used to sign up with. An email will be sent to with a link verify your email address. When you click on the link your email address will be verified and you will be sent a new password.

Am I Required To Create An Account?

In order for the highest level of safety as a customer we do require you to create an account. When you do create an account you will be able to:

Do You Offer Bulk Discounts?

Yes! Many of our items offer tier based pricing for the best savings opportunity. Items that offer bulk discounts are clearly marked within the product details.

During the checkout process you will be directed to PayPal, here you can choose which credit or debit card you wish to use. Please note that we will not ship your order until payment is received. All orders placed are done via Secure Socket layer protection SSL.

Am I Require To Pay Sales Tax?

Only those customers in Texas pay a sales tax rate of 8.25%  ***If your company holds a Texas tax exempt certificate please create a customer account and email us at customerservice@thefavordbride.com with a copy of the certificate so that we may enable your tax exempt status prior to ordering.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Processing time from the order coming in to shipment is 2-3 business days for non personalized items and 3-4 business days for personalized items. Shipping times varies by your location, total time for any order to arrive via UPS Ground is 7-10 business days. If you required expedited shipping please contact us.

Do You Have a Print Catalog?

As we work with so many manufactures that add to their product lines several times a year we have found the fastest way to get the most current information to you is via our website. The savings produced by not printing a catalog several times per year can be seen in the great prices we offer.
